My Story

I started building businesses early—at 18, working alongside my dad. I stepped into managing his newly founded radiology practice and helped grow it from 1 branch to 7 branches in just a few years. That experience taught me a valuable lesson about business growth:

If you don’t have structure, you don’t have scale

From there, I continued working with medical imaging practices across Sydney, helping improve management systems and develop business strategy that was practical and results-focused. I learned how to spot what’s really holding a business back—often it’s not effort, it’s structure.

A career transition…

After having my first child, I moved into recruitment and business development. I worked with companies like Hahn Healthcare Recruitment and Naiman Clarke, where I created new business divisions for specialised medical talent and exceeded sales targets by 200%. That chapter strengthened my skills in marketing, human resources, and relationship-building, and gave me a deeper understanding of what companies and recruiters look for when they’re hiring and scaling.

Building my own businesses

I later started my own recruitment businesses, managed and consulted for an ASX-listed organisation, and developed a $6M+ per annum recruitment portfolio. Running a business at that level teaches you quickly: without the right systems and numbers, everything becomes heavier than it needs to be.

Why I chose coaching?

Along the way, I discovered coaching in a personal way—coaching my son through school, sport, and big goals. He wanted to become a doctor, and I learned how powerful it is to combine support with accountability: clear expectations, the right strategies, consistent follow-through, and confidence built over time. He achieved that goal—earning a place at one of Australia’s leading universities for Medicine—and that experience helped shape the coach I am today.

Now, I coach through Sarina Russo’s Self-Employment Assistance program, and I’m proud to be one of the highest performing business coaches in the program. I’ve coached 300+ participants, supporting real transformations in income, structure, and confidence—by helping people build the systems that make progress sustainable.
